Chadwicks’ Customer Service SUCKS!

What you are saying is wrong.  What you say about the tracking and delivery date is incorrect, because yesterday Customer Support answered my first email (a week later, very poor response time) with the tracking information:

My order was placed on May 31, and the item didn’t arrive until June 10, which is 8 business days not including May 31.  Your customer service continues to be the worst I have experienced in a long time.  Thank you for canceling my order, but in all other ways you are inconsistent with your own emails, and your manner is holier than thou.  I will never order from you again due to your unprofessional conduct, and I will urge my friends to do the same.  Clearly you have no apologies for your poor service.
